Registration Process

Participants can submit either Full length article (for publication in Materials Today Proceedings) or Abstract (for oral/poster presentation only) as per conference themes and schedule .

2. Online registration process
  • After payment of registration fee, participants are required to fill the registration form on or before the last date of registration.
  • At least one author should register for the conference and present the article.

3. Review Process

Once the manuscript submission deadline is over, the scientific committee will initiate the review process and further intimate the final outcome to the authors on schedule time.

General Information for Author
  • Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material (should be below 15%) and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). Submitted papers must be unpublished and not currently under review for any other publication.
  • Each accepted article is required to register at the full-rate by at least one author. All accepted and registered full length papers will be published in the conference proceedings (only if, paper submitted qualifies for publication standards after peer review process in accordance of Materials Today: Proceedings). If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered. If the author will not make the conference registration, the paper will be automatically removed from the conference proceedings.
  • In any stage of submission process, if organizer feels that manuscript doesn't comply with standards of Materials Today: Proceedings, it will not be considered for subsequent publication.
  • The registration doesn’t cover accommodation, transportation etc.
  • Without full author registration and presentation at the conference, paper will not be considered for publication in Materials Today: Proceedings.
  • If any author wants to cancel his or her registration, she/he must write a mail to on or before Dec 20, 2021. A processing fee of INR 200 will be deducted from the paid registration fee and rest amount will be returned to the author. No request for authorship cancellation and refund will be accepted (the same applies if you are unable to participate due to VISA problems) after Dec 20, 2021.
  • Poster Presentation will be exhibited during the conference poster session. Authors can present posters in online mode. Preferably Posters should be portrait (vertical) orientation, ISOpaper size A0: (841 mm wide x 1189 mm high) or (33.11 inches wide × 46.81 inches high).
  • For Oral Presentation, each Participation has to present his/her talk of 15 minutes (10 minutes talk + 5 minutes Discussion)
